How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Because each product is freshly compounded upon order, please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships via standard ground delivery.
Are your products cruelty-free and clean?
Yes, all Proven Skincare products are 100% cruelty-free and formulated without parabens, phthalates, SLS, or synthetic fragrances.
What is your return policy for personalized products?
We offer a 30-day reformulation guarantee. If your custom formula isn't perfect, our dermatologists will adjust it for you for free, or you can return it for a full refund.
Can I update my skin profile if I move or if the seasons change?
Absolutely. We recommend retaking the Skin Genome Quiz every 3-6 months or whenever you experience a major lifestyle or climate change to keep your formula optimized.
